However, some voluntary function-specific credentials that are recognized by industry include:

• Certified Man年龄ment Consultant (CMC) designation bestowed to members of the Institute of Man年龄ment Consultants USA. To apply you need at least five years' experience in the consulting field and a bachelor's degree.
• Society for Human Resource Man年龄ment (SHRM) designation validates mastery in the field of human resource man年龄ment.
