Employability Skills for the 21st Century

As part of the Placement Department's continuous improvement plan, weekly articles are sent out to Roane State employees highlighting various topics relating to the world of work. Many articles you may want to share with our students while others may simply be "best practice opportunities" for your own personal use.

Whichever the case may be, the articles shared are archived here for your future use.

Please remember your Placement Department is here to support your efforts in teaching our students professionalism in their job search efforts both while in school and upon graduation. Feel free to contact us with any specific needs that you may have throughout the year.

As always, we look forward to working with you.
